Strategic Action 3.2: Student Voice & Agency
Enhance student voice and agency to put students' experiences at the heart of decision-making in classrooms, schools, and divisional systems.
Empowering Student Input
91ºÚÁÏÍø is committed to embedding student voice at every level. Through divisional committees like the GSA and Student Advisory, students regularly provide feedback on key policies, sharing their experiences to shape a more inclusive and responsive educational system. This ensures that decisions reflect the needs of those they impact most.
Co-creating Success
We are centering student voice in individualized planning by actively involving students in conferences with their caregivers. This collaborative approach focuses on celebrating accomplishments and co-creating growth plans, making students partners in their own educational journey and fostering a sense of ownership and agency.
